Three graduates of the Iowa Writers’ Workshop were among those longlisted for the 2020 Booker Prize: Kiley Reid, Brandon Taylor, and C Pam Zhang.

Kiley Reid was longlisted for her novel Such a Fun Age, published by G. P. Putnam’s Sons. Brandon Taylor was longlisted for his novel Real Life, published by Riverhead Books, and C Pam Zhang was longlisted for her novel How Much of These Hills is Gold, published by Riverhead Books.
