Tom Drury is the author of Pacific, The End of Vandalism, Hunts in Dreams, The Driftless Area, and The Black Brook. His novels have been translated into Spanish, German and French. His essays and short fiction have appeared in The New Yorker, Ploughshares, Harper’s, Granta, The New York Times Magazine, the Mississippi Review, and Tricycle: The Buddhist Review. Claire Lombardo's debut novel, The Most Fun We Ever Had, was an instant New York Times bestseller and has been translated or is forthcoming in over a dozen languages. Her second novel, World of Fools, is forthcoming in 2023-24 from Doubleday Books.
Writers' Workshop Program Director and Elizabeth M. Stanley Professor in the Arts, Lan Samantha Chang is the author of a collection of short fiction, Hunger, and three novels, Inheritance; All Is Forgotten, Nothing is Lost; and The Family Chao. Her work has been translated into nine languages and has been chosen twice for The Best American Short Stories. She has received creative writing fellowships from Stanford University, Princeton University, the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study, the Guggenheim Foundation, the National Endowment for the Arts, and the American Academy in Berlin.
