Live from Prairie Lights | Kij Johnson

Hugo, Nebula, and World Fantasy Award-Winning author Kij Johnson will read from her short story collection, The Privilege of the Happy Ending, published by Small Beer Press. Kij Johnson is the author of The Dream-Quest of Vellitt Boe, The Fox Woman and At the Mouth of the River of Bees: Stories. Her speculative and experimental fiction is published widely as individual works, and she also writes gaming material. She teaches creative writing, novel idea generation, and science fiction and fantasy lit at the University of Kansas and elsewhere. She is an associate director of the Ad Astra Center for Science Fiction and the Speculative Imagination.
