Iowa Writers' Workshop alum and Iowa Summer Writing Festival favorite Sabrina Orah Mark will read from her new book, Happily: A Personal History-With Fairy Tales. "With milk teeth, bread crumbs, pebbles, and tears, Sabrina Orah Mark illumines the outermost expanses of motherhood's chaos, cruelty, and love. She confidently wields the weird logic of the fairy tale; bewitched, I didn't even try to distinguish the real from the unreal. I just wanted to follow this thrillingly distinctive book wherever it went." --Sarah Manguso

Sabrina Orah Mark has written the column “Happily” for The Paris Review since 2018. Mark is the author of the poetry collections Tsim Tsum, and The Babies (winner of the Saturnalia Book Prize). Her collection of stories, Wild Milk, won the Georgia Author of the Year Award for Short Story and was a finalist for the Townsend Prize for Fiction. She lives in Athens, Georgia, with her husband and their two sons.
